If you are one of those who set New’s Year’s resolution then you are not alone. However, how many people keep up their new year goals? I bet 2 out of 10. Instead of trying to set unrealistic goals for the new year; began by setting a lifetime goal. Start by making better foods choices and working out at least 30 minutes 3 times a week, until you get adjusted with your health plan. Make sure you stick to a schedule or take on a work out buddy to keep you motivated. Once you get used to working out; add on a few extra minutes every week or so until you reach your desired work out time frame. Don’t look for overnight results; it takes months to get a tone to your body, but you can feel better almost immediately or a week after your initial work out. If you are worried about wasting money at the gym, then try doing some aerobics at home and walking in the neighborhood until you develop a steady work out plan. On rainy and cold days you can do some jumping jacks or run up and down the stairs to get your 30 minutes of cardio.
